Rather than doing the work that I should be doing, I thought I'd procrastinate and finally write a blog post about my new house! I moved in last Sunday prior to fresher's week here, and am all settled and saw off Chris (who'd helped me move in and stayed with me for a while) earlier today. All in all, the house is fantastic and clean and so are my new house mates (hello Kat :P)! I hadn't seen it at all before I moved in so to find it well above the usual standard of student houses and almost fully furnished was amazing.
Moving.

I've moved back up to uni into a fantastic new house! I'm probably not going to get a whole lot done in the way of posting for the next few days thanks to the two tests and one presentation that I need to prepare for for next week, but in the mean time, here's a few exceedingly lazy taster photos from my bedroom until I write properly about everything.
Review: Lush Caca Noir Henna Hair Dye
Friday, 14 September 2012 • hair, lush, review
I've been thinking about dying my hair darker for quite a while, and after hearing about Lush's henna hair dyes - a nicer alternative to hair obliterating chemicals - I thought I might as well give it a go. I got two blocks of Caca Noir, made with indigo and henna, which is supposed to turn any hair colour a few shades darker with either a reddish or blue-ish tint depending on whether or not you allow the henna to oxidise.
September Wishlist #1
Wednesday, 12 September 2012 • style, wishlist
Autumn and winter are by far my favourite times to shop because I pretty much live in boots and big, baggy jumpers. On top of that, a lot of trends around right now - like 90s grunge and the skull stuff everywhere - are things that I really, really like. Typically, I have very little money and a lot of things I want, but I can dream.
So, here's my first wishlist for autumn!
The lead-up to 4th year.

The last couple of weeks have felt a little weird. In between a few fun outings with friends - like a trip to an amusement park the other day that we enjoyed with as much childish glee as actual children - I feel like I've had a black cloud looming over my head.
